High Technical education. Experience: еngineering experience GSM; тechnical assistance and/or Field service activities performing and coordination; оvertime work in stressed condition. Вusiness understanding: мain priorities – Customer, Product, People, Organisation; understanding of Alcatel MCG portfolio (BSS, NSS, GSS, IN, etc.) at both engineering and marketing levels; understanding of Alcatel business process: product lifecycle, project implementation, offers; understanding of both worldwide and Russian mobile markets tendencies, competition and Customer needs. Computer/server skills (PC – Administrator level; IP technologies understanding; Office applications. Competent user of UNIX systems; HTML basics). English - fluent. Business communication, presentation, reporting.
Overall technical aspects of customer projects from contract signature until the formal customer acceptance, focusing on technical expertise, creation of plan, acceptance and E2E tests, presentation to Customer. Interface to Product (BU / R&D / NPI) : to prepare new product introduction (First Off) strategy, presentation to customer, anticipation of any potential problems in the customer network, to identify the possible restrictions; to highlight and escalate important technical issues; to propose to the customers all the technical solutions for the new product/feature introduction. Prime technical customer interface - including the maintenance phase, operational scenario validation, technical risks management: handle customer information requests. Analyse special requirements in co-ordination with product support teams or others departments answer customer questions/ complaints.
